Sofia Hotels booking system informs all our readers that the average office space renting price in Bulgarian capital Sofia’s downtown have decreased by 18%, imoti.net statistics showed.
The decrease of the prices of offices near Bulgariya Blv.(Bulgaria) is most dramatic – by 46%. Currently, offers are up to EUR 15 per square meter. The cheapest office costs EUR 350 a month, and is 66 square meters. The most expensive is EUR 1 500 for 100 square meters area.
On the contrary, rent prices for offices near Maria Luisa Blv. have risen by 25%. Prices vary from EUR 4 to EUR 49 per square meter. The most expensive ones can be rented for EUR 4000 per month, and the cheapest cost EUR 250 a month.
